"Billfish Week" July 12-16, 2023 ~ The Wharf, Orange Beach, Alabama

Wednesday July 12th:
- Sponsor Check In - The Wharf Store (next to the boat bar at Marlin Circle)
- 8 - 10 am: "Marina Buzz" Screwdriver deliveries to the fleet docked at The Wharf Marina Presented by Tito's
Handmade Vodka
- 1 - 9 pm: Team Check-in and Optional Entry Registration at Orange Beach Event Center Lobby (new location).
(note - Tournament Optional Entry Registration concludes Wednesday at 9 pm, no Thursday morning)
- 4 - 6 pm: VIP Yacht Display Gulf Coast Yacht Group & Hatteras (behind the Marina Office between I and J Dock).
- 4 - 6 pm: Galati Yacht Sales VIP Customer Appreciation Event (at Mile Marker 158 by invitation only).
- 7 - 9 pm: Championship Kick-Off Party Presented by Hancock Whitney Bank - Orange Beach Event Center (Private - need your wrist band for entry). Presentation of the 2023 Gulf Legends Award. St Jude silent auction.
- 9 pm - 11 pm: Kick Off After-Party at the Boat Bar Presented by Tito's Vodka featuring the St Jude Triple Crown Challenge Fighting Chair Contest Presented by Release Marine (cash for winners!).
Thursday July 13th:
- 7:30 - 9 am: "Get Your Game On" Breakfast Presented by Galati Yacht Sales - delivered to your boat
- 7:30 - 9:30 am: "Hangover Clinic" mobile Bloody Mary Bar Presented by Gulf Coast Yacht Group & Hatteras Yachts
- 9 am: Tournament Rules Meeting - Mandatory at Orange Beach Event Center
- 10:01 am: Boat departure from The Wharf Marina following "A Work Of Art" headed East to Perdido Pass
- Noon: Shotgun Start - Boats may depart Perdido Pass - Fishing commences
Friday July 14th:
- 7 - 8 am: Early Bird Tournament Weigh-In - (Blue Marlin) prior notification required (by Thursday evening - 9 pm)
- 5 - 7 pm: Tournament Weigh-In - hosted by Jim Cox and Kelly Finley.
Saturday July 15th:
- 5 pm - 8 pm: Tournament Weigh-In - The Greatest Show in Sportfishing hosted by Jim Cox and Kelly Finley. (reminder: Teams must enter back through Mobile Pass only and pass Sailboat Bay by 6 pm)
Sunday July 16th:
- 9 am: Tournament Awards Breakfast Presented by Saunders Yachtworks and the announcement Gulf Coast Triple Crown Championship Winner Presented by Grander Marine at the Orange Beach Event Center.
